Welcome to MUSE LLC! By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in our dog training program, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this document. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided

3. Eligibility
Clients must be at least 18 years old. Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free from contagious illnesses.
4. Client Responsibilities
Follow trainer instructions during and between sessions.
Ensure your dog is safely controlled on-leash unless instructed otherwise.
Notify the trainer of any behavioral concerns or health issues before sessions.
5. Scheduling & Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24-48hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to trainer availability.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full before the first session/upon booking. Payment is processed through third-party platforms, including Stripe.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds may be granted only in cases of [medical issues, relocation, etc.], at the sole discretion of MUSE LLC.
8. Liability Waiver
You agree that M.U.S.E LLC is not liable for:
- Any injury or damage to persons, pets, or property during training.
- The behavior of your dog outside of training sessions.
9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if the dog or handler poses a safety risk or is not a good fit for the program.
10. Change to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. SMS Opt-In & Messaging Policy
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the
+1 619-947-3833. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive Up to 10 messages per month.. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
